Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent, so please check that email first.

You can also sign in to your account to review your order status at any time.

Tracking Says Delivered But I Don't Have My Package

Please check with neighbors and building management, and allow a short period of time, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before physical delivery. If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
