Order Processing

Orders are processed at our fulfillment facility once payment has been successfully authorized. Processing times may vary based on order volume, and orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the destinations made available to you at checkout, along with any related restrictions shown during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated based on your order and delivery destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No shipping charge will be applied without your knowledge.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress with the carrier.

Carrier Delays

Tryvexin is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in following up with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Tryvexin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will attempt to correct it before shipment, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost in transit, contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your package delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and building management, and allow a short period of time. If it still cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.

International Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the checkout price.
