Billing Terms and Conditions

Prices and Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and added to your order total.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize us, or our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify's payment infrastructure and third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own stated terms, may not be combined unless explicitly permitted, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If you enroll in a subscription, your selected payment method will be charged automatically on each recurring billing date until you cancel. You will be notified of your subscription terms at the time of signup.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription management portal, linked in our website footer, or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled billing date if submitted with reasonable notice.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or contact you to update your payment information. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected within a reasonable time.

Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before an order has been processed for shipment.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us with your order number and details of the discrepancy and we will investigate and correct any confirmed error.
